1、 The dispensing needle of the dispensing machine needs to be selected according to the glue property:

1. Water based liquid ---- small dispensing needle, low pressure, set time as required

2. Concentrated glue ---- oblique dispensing needle, high pressure, set time as required

3. Small ---- small dispensing needle, low pressure, short time.

4. Large ---- large needle, large pressure, long time

2、 The dispensing needle of the dispensing machine needs to be selected according to the glue type:

Instant glue: use safety piston and Teflon lined metal needle for water-based instant glue, use tapered oblique needle for thick instant glue, and use PP needle for flexibility.

UV glue: use amber needle cylinder, white piston and oblique needle (which can block UV rays). If you use other kinds of needles, please order a needle that can block UV rays from our company.

UV curable adhesive: use black opaque needle cylinder, white piston, and a needle that can block ultraviolet rays.

Sealant and paste fluid: If the white piston rebounds seriously, please use the safety movable type, and use the inclined needle.

Anaerobic adhesive: use 10CC syringe and white PE universal piston.
