2、 Fluids requiring special settings:

1. Instant glue: For water-based instant glue, use safety piston and Teflon lined metal dispensing needle; for thick instant glue, use tapered TT oblique dispensing needle; if flexibility is required, use PP flexible dispensing needle.

2. UV glue: use amber dispensing syringe, white piston and TT oblique dispensing needle (UV shielding). If you use other types of dispensing needles, please order a dispensing needle that can block UV.

3. UV curable glue: use black opaque dispensing syringe, white piston, and UV shielding dispensing needle.

4. Anaerobic glue: use 10CC dispensing syringe and white PE universal piston.

5. Sealant and paste fluid: If the white piston rebounds seriously, please use the safety piston and TT oblique dispensing needle.

6. Apply adhesive primer on the wide surface: use a brush with proper flow of white soft hair or yellow hard hair to apply adhesive.
